'BasilMeadow was born out of a humble vision: to introduce genuine Neapolitan pizza to London. The Bianchi household launched our eatery in 1985, turning it from a quaint, family-owned venture into a culinary destination, preserving ancestral recipes.
Marco Bianchi, our patriarch, honed her pizza crafting skillset amidst her sojourns across Italy, apprenticing with renowned pizzaiolos of Naples. Back in the UK, she sought to evoke the essence of classic Italian pizza, favoring ancestral methods and top-notch provisions.
From an unassuming start in a 12-seater neighborhood spot, we've flourished into a cherished culinary fixture, while our pledge to superior taste and genuine craftsmanship stands undiminished. Employing age-old wood-firing techniques, crafting dough from scratch daily, and procuring the best ingredients remains our doctrine.
Still nestled under family wing, 'BasilMeadow continues forwarding the Bianchi lineage with its second-generation helming a zealous crew. Embracing modern twists, we stay true to our core: conjuring irresistible, real-deal pizza that unites connoisseurs and families alike.
